Thanks to our donors, the Halifax WAC provided personalized legal support to nearly 300 workers in 2023.
With very limited funds and a substantial increase in call volume, we're struggling to keep up!

Once we receive your intake form, an organizer will be in touch to set up a phone call to discuss your situation and your workplace rights.

Once you've decided how you'd like to proceed, the Halifax WAC can offer support along the way.
The Halifax Workers' Action Centre has been empowering workers in Nova Scotia since 2017. We are currently the only legal information service in Atlantic Canada that specializes in employment law and advocacy.
